What counts as Visual performing Arts credits?

answers1: Looking at the UC website:

f. Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) – 1 year required
A single yearlong approved arts course from a single VPA discipline:
dance, drama/theater, music or visual art.

It looks like to complete the F requirement you need 1 year, so just a
guess but it seems like you may need to take Photo 2 to be one year of
a single discipline.

Go to this website, and put in your school name and it should have all
the courses at your school and if they count and what they count for.

It think this must be why at my son's private school they emphasize
that you will be in your VPA for one full year in 9th, so choose
something you'll enjoy for that whole time. They also go by semester,
but most classes are a full year.

Good luck!
answers2: This would be different at every school, so you really need
to talk to your advisor about this. At most places, you could take
two unrelated courses to fulfill the requirements, but I don't want to
mislead you by assuming that your school has the same rules.
