Josefine Weekey: Chinese food - Asian food in general. I also like Italian and South American cuisine. I like them simply for their unique flavors and spices. Each culture's food gives a really cool feel to the food - lots of festivities compared to your simple American burger. :)

Whitney Saborido: My favorite is Cambodian food but it is hard to find a Cambodian restaurant in Southern California. The best one is in Berkley just down the street from the University. Cambodian food has influences of French, Thai, and Chinese cuisines. Their is this one sa! uce called Naga Princess Sauce that is put on meat, seafood and vegetables - it is pure ambrosia! But right now, I will go for Midwestern, United States. It is wholesome. Prepared in clean, sanitary kitchens and is sooooo good. I love Indian food because there is so much pungency and variety of flavors.I love Egyptian food, because the lentil soup and kosheri may be simple but so delicious that they are irresistable. I love Thai food, the flavor combinations are enhanced by incredible spiciness, and I love spice.Everybody loves Pad Thai. I love the variety, I love all the little goodies... there are literally hundreds of types.I love love love greek food... souvlaki, caesar salad, saganaki, homous & pita... yum yum yum. something about the mediterranean diet, yum!I love indian food too.
