Brock Anwar: Yeah, you can play on tablet or TV half the time too. Also, do not listen to these stupid people saying not to get a Wii U because more titles are waiting to be released and these people probably have not owned a Wii U before.
Olen Penhallurick: The WII U is not a great option for Console gaming. It dosent have a lot of games nd it is not good in graphic intense games . I would suggest you To buy a PS3 or Xbox 360. Both are great consoles. But you can also wait a little longer because the PS4 nd the Xbox 720 is coming in a few months :)Hope my answer helps you :)...Show more
Lester Haschke: The Wii U is not a stand-alone handheld. The Wii U's touchscreen gamepad controller always needs to be connected to the standard console in order to work (it doesn't work on it's own). So, it is a regular console system that needs to be connected to a TV, but... on some games, you can play the game on the gamepad controller, while someone else watches TV (but t! he console still needs to be on, and the gamepad controller needs to be within a certain distance of the console). It's a decent system (I like mine), but yes, Nintendo has been a bit slow in getting new games out for it so far... but they ARE coming....Show more
Porfirio Gartland: Who let the fanboys out of their cages? Anyone who says the PS3 and 360 have more graphical capabilities than the Wii U are ignorant and/or foolish.Anyway. The Wii U is a home console. While some games let you play off-TV, you still must be in close proximity to the system as the game is only a controller. Data is not stored on the GamePad nor does it have a processor or graphics chip of its own. Everything is streamed from the system to the GamePad.So you can't take just the GamePad on a train for the hour commute to go to work. That's what the 3DS is for....Show more
